Information that we collect

We collect information to provide better services to all of our users, for example, your location to offer more location and regional specific services, device hardware and software information and personal information to provide a more personal experience when using our apps.

Our apps may require you to login to our services using either social media account information, eg. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram login details or using your name and email address.

 

What information do we get from your use of our apps?

 

Device information

When you use our apps we automatically collect and store certain information in server logs. This includes:

device event information, such as crashes, system activity and hardware settings.

Unique application numbers

Our Apps include a unique application number. This number and information about your installation (for example, the operating system type and application version number) may be sent to Drynx when you install or uninstall our apps or when our apps periodically contacts our servers, such as for automatic updates.

 

Device applications and functions

In order to provide a function rich app experience, our apps may at times require access to some of your devices other applications and functions, eg. camera, files and storage, email, location services, GPS and any other applications from time to time. You can manage the applications Drynx has access to and can use through your devices applications settings.

 

Local storage

We may collect and store information (including personal information) locally on your device using application data caches.

 

How do we use information that we collect?

We use the information we collect from the use of our app to provide, maintain, protect and improve the level of service our users experience and to protect both Drynx and our users. We also use this information to offer you a more personal service.


We may use your name and other data provided by you including profile information from your social media accounts within our apps to offer a more personal experience. Additional data may include your photo, location and app activity.

 

If you contact Drynx, we’ll keep a record of that communication to better allow us to support users and the maintain operation of our services.

 

We may use your email address to inform you about our services, such as letting you know about upcoming changes or improvements.

We will ask for your consent before using information for a purpose other than those set out in this Privacy Policy.

 

Sharing on Social Media

Our apps may let you share information both about the app and your profile. Additionally our app allows you to review both Drynx and our partners from time to time.

Whenever you use our apps Drynx will provide you with access to your personal information to update as necessary, amend or delete if required.

We work hard to protect Drynx and our users from unauthorised access to or unauthorised alteration, disclosure or destruction of information that we hold.

 

We encrypt all data sent across our Drynx platform. We monitor activity, information collection, storage and processing practices, including physical security measures, to guard against unauthorised access to systems.

We restrict access to personal information to Drynx employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to process it for us and who are subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations. They may be disciplined or their contract terminated if they fail to meet these obligations.

 

Drynx Privacy Policy applicability

Drynx Privacy Policy applies to all apps and services offered by Drynx.

 

Our Privacy Policy does not apply to services offered by other companies or individuals, including products, services or advertising that may be displayed to you through our apps and services.

 

Our Privacy Policy does not cover the information practices of other companies, partners or organisations that advertise, promote or integrate with our apps and services.

 

Compliance and cooperation with regulatory authorities

We regularly review our compliance with our Privacy Policy. We also adhere to several self regulatory frameworks, including the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shield Frameworks. When we receive formal written complaints, we will contact the person who made the complaint to follow up.
